I signed up for a Virtual Office through Regus on April 4th and I was told that I would get everything unlimited such as printing, faxing, copying, wi-fi, computer use and I'll get 5 days a month of private office. Everything that was said was a lie. I also informed them to NOT set me up for auto pay. I was told the first payment would be $199.80 and there after $199.80 per month for 6 months. They debit my account for $398 but didn't inform me about a retainer/deposit. After I called to discuss this, then they said oh, I forgot to mention that but this is standard so I let that slide. I scheduled for my Supervisor to have a private office space with 5 chairs a week in advance and I was told that it was confirmed. When my Supervisor arrived, they put her at the receptionist desk and informed her to answer the phone when it rings. Another time, my Supervisor went up to the Virtual Office to use the computer and to make black & White copies and the Receptionist got loud and making a scene then call Security on her and that was uncalled for. Now my Supervisor doesn't even want to go back to that office because of this situation. We never used the services as it wasn't available so I am very disappointed and want to be done with this company forever!!! For the month of May, I paid my $199.80 through my PNC Bank account even though I wasn't happen with the lies that was told and the unprofessionalism. May 27th, they debit my Navy Federal card for $234.79. I absolutely did not authorize this transaction so this is FRAUD!!! I called Michelle and she said she put in an order to reverse this transaction and she said the system automatically set people up for auto pay. I told her no, that's the dumbest thing I ever heard as I strictly said I didn't want auto pay. She said she removed my credit card info and it will never happen again. I called Navy Federal and Regus tried to debit my card again today, 06/26/2017 so Michelle Hobbs is a liar as well as Patrick Mogollon. I am seeking justice. I want every dime of my money back, cancel the bogus contract and to never debit my card or contact me again. This company is a scam and I already contacted the District Attorney/Attorney General!
