I had purchase a trial size to see if I like it, so I called to cancel and they charged my credit card again cause I guess I cancelled. I had warn them not to touch my account and they did. After yelling at the woman cause she would not shut up trying to sell the product for more money, she called me, and continued where she lefted off. I had order the trial size for RejuvaEssence and Luminate Skin and I got charged for 2 separted items, Now I want my money back and trying to see how to do it. I did not give them permission to take the 2nd time for 2 different items. Sick of scammers!!!!
