RelateToThat.com My stories were yanked repeatedly for no reason Internet
Experience Project had just closed down and this new story-sharing site, "RelateToThat" was supposedly a more g-rated and decent kind of experience-relating networking project. BUT people's stories were getting eliminated like crazy by administration, all based on a whim, or based on someone's political difference from you or an idea that made someone a bit uncomfortable perhaps. Nobody writing on this site even considered racy language or anything remotely vulgar, mostly because nice people just don't want to offend...AND because adminstration was warning people that anything could be taken down for ANY reason, and with NO APPEAL/RECOURSE That means if someone gets mad at you for ANY reason, your stories will also disappear for no reason, etc. In Stalinist Russia people were "disappeared" after being turned in by a neighbor's kid who possibly thought you were ugly. Well the management at RTT threatened to behave just as arbitrarily, and then sure enough, I talked about dating sites and what's wrong with them, and IQ s****.>

This is NOT a RipOff and quite frankly your comparison is over the top and way off-base.
First off in "Stalinist Russia" that was the Government who caused the people to disappear. This is a PRIVATE site that is removing STORIES(not people) from their site as they stated they have the right to do in their terms of service.
If you don't like it the answer is simple. Stop posting on their site and make your own. Where you can come up with your own rules as to what is allowed to be posted and not be posted.
As to what is wrong with talking about dating sites....well it all depends on what you say about them.
