This company is truly a nightmare to deal with.  No calls are answered by a "Property Manager" They are all answered by some people are nothing more then glorified secretaries.  Emails to the Management company are selectively handled and not answered if they do not feel like they require an answer.

Do not deal with Tejas or Deepak.  They use their "****** *********" of being cheap to lure in accounts and then treat homeowners horrible.  Maintenace requests take on average of three to five days to complete if at all.

DO NOT Beleive the Google Reviews - some bad reviews were put there and Tejas paid to the have them removed, something he will not be able to do with Rip Off Report!!

I agree with the previous comment from stephen s - Tejas Kadia is nothing but rude, arrogant and obnoxious.vhe needs to be fired!!! We have treated Tejas with respect and we should get the same in return.  

Every time our development has to deal with him its nothing but aggrevation .

When we email, we get a ticket number and that's all we will get

If we call, we leave a message with no return phone call

If we finally get him on the phone he will just hang up on you

Who does that?? And this was us calling to ask a simple question. On real issues he is nothing but NASTY!  And he's nothing but useless.  He can't provide an answer he hires a lawyer that costs money and then doesn't provide documents to show what lawyer he used or what their response was.   How do we know he even went to a lawyer?  All I know is my association dues are paying for what appears to be bogus bills!!

All these 5 star comments must be all fake... Made by him lol!!

I would NEVER refer his services to ANYONE.  he needs to learn people and management skills .. During our association meetings he sits there playing on his phone the entire time.  I'm sure he's not responding to any emails we sent him!!

I'm moving out of this development. Thank God I won't have to deal with him anymore!!

Since November of 2014 we have had light bulbs out on the sign at the entrance of our development.  This has been brought to the attention of the management company, RPMG. To date, March 27, 2015, light bulbs have still not been changed. Really???? Who needs a management company like this.

This is a property management company for my neighborhood. They are responsible for maintaining the rules established by the community. I have sent numerous emails to our property manager and he has not responded to any. My emails are regarding a neighbor who refuses to follow the rules. I have received automated email responses from RPMG so I know my emails have been received. Who needs a property manager who doesn't manage the community or respond to homeowners. We have had many management companies in our community. None have ever been so disrespectful to homeowners.

Next Comment: Our board went with this "Horror Show" and even though our board is all Indian and we thought using an Indian company would be good, it was the worst decision we ever made. At Portofino, we lost several of our contractors because Deepak would get a bill and attempt to get them to turn every $10 into a $1 - several of our contractors filed suit and won and they even had to put a lien against us because Deepak again after court to tried to negotiate a lower payment - our wonderful community turned into a garbage pile - no matter how many times you sent requests to [email protected] they were either closed before anything was done or ignored. The only way Tejas returned calls was from the attorney and he would say "It's with my attorney and we are working on a settlement" - I have no proof but me thinks that our money was being put elsewhere - we had a resident that paid three months of due in advance because they were going to Chennai for three months - even though the check was cleared before the left, when they got back they had $300 in late fees and a threatening letter from the attorney plus if they did not come up with money a judgement would be filed - it took them two weeks of pushing the assoc attorney, Tejas and Deepak to finally figure out that someone in India at their back office credited the wrong account from the ledger.  Requests for Maintenance were horrible, to fix a lightpole there was an older Indian man with a Indian lady holding a ladder for him by a lightpole and for six weeks that light did not work and they blame with wire - however when another electrician looked at it, it was fixed instantly as there was a brokn wire inside a wire cap.  Before you hire Tejas and Dad Deepak, and your an Indian board - ask yourself if it is worth the cheapness and aggravation - The board was disgusted with them in six months and fired them.

I am ashamed being Indian myself that we allowed such a company to manage us to get a better deal - Our members were right - You truly get what you pay for.  Totally disgusted with RPMG.

Next Comment: Since my community went to Reliance, I have had nothing but trouble paying my condo dues.  I pay bills each month and this is the very first company I have had issues with.  Deepak is very nasty and said to me "Your check is no good" and he was charging me a late fee plus a returned check fee.  I went to my bank and they never got anything from The Mutual of Omaha in regards to a debit - I had Wells Fargo contact Deepak and he said "When the bank scans the check it can not be read" - I never heard of such a thing and neither did my bank - Wells Fargo wanted to wire my payments, however Deepak refused to pay a wire fee.  I had the bank make a Cashier Check and drove to 16 Pearl Street in Metuchen to find they are not in the building - some lady told me "He has a desk here" - My Husband and I then the following morning drove to Jersey City to 277 Grand Street and it is a Condo Building and there name is not outside either - Frustrated we went to the Post office, and mailed it certified. We received back the green card with a signature that could not be read, and noticed that 10 days later they finally took the money from our account, however our association still said we had to pay the fees - we fought that with the attorney and showed proof the fees were removed. As a side note, our board did state they are slow to respond to any request and since Reliance is basically a two person office, be prepared to wait.

DO NOT DEAL with Reliance - this company is GARBAGE and you will be treated like garbage.  Their Tag Line says "Our Communities Are Our Pride" - Yea right - if they had any PRIDE Tejas would be a decent person and stop his nonsense!
