This company is truly a nightmare to deal with. No calls are answered by a "Property Manager" They are all answered by some people are nothing more then glorified secretaries. Emails to the Management company are selectively handled and not answered if they do not feel like they require an answer.
Do not deal with Tejas or Deepak. They use their "****** *********" of being cheap to lure in accounts and then treat homeowners horrible. Maintenace requests take on average of three to five days to complete if at all.
DO NOT Beleive the Google Reviews - some bad reviews were put there and Tejas paid to the have them removed, something he will not be able to do with Rip Off Report!!

Every time our development has to deal with him its nothing but aggrevation .
When we email, we get a ticket number and that's all we will get
If we call, we leave a message with no return phone call
If we finally get him on the phone he will just hang up on you
Who does that?? And this was us calling to ask a simple question. On real issues he is nothing but NASTY! And he's nothing but useless. He can't provide an answer he hires a lawyer that costs money and then doesn't provide documents to show what lawyer he used or what their response was. How do we know he even went to a lawyer? All I know is my association dues are paying for what appears to be bogus bills!!
All these 5 star comments must be all fake... Made by him lol!!
I would NEVER refer his services to ANYONE. he needs to learn people and management skills .. During our association meetings he sits there playing on his phone the entire time. I'm sure he's not responding to any emails we sent him!!
I'm moving out of this development. Thank God I won't have to deal with him anymore!!

Since November of 2014 we have had light bulbs out on the sign at the entrance of our development. This has been brought to the attention of the management company, RPMG. To date, March 27, 2015, light bulbs have still not been changed. Really???? Who needs a management company like this.
