This woman came in with an attitude. She wasn't happy with anything. She and Tony made an agreement and then she kept trying to change things on the purchase agreement. He gave her full discloser on everything. You could tell by the way she acted that she was on some form of medication. Tony is a great salesman and NEVER ripped anyone off and shame on Rip off Report for not getting both sides to a problem before reporting. If people didn't know Tony better, he would've lost not only business that he has built up for 14 years but his reputation also. One complaint in 14 years, I think I can live with that.

I've seen how ReMax handles people for myself, hopefully someone will eventually investigate their way of business. I could tell you stories of the crap they pull in Maryland, but I'll just give you a personal example. 2 Years ago, my husband and I were looking for a rental property, we saw a listing with the "Dehanas" team (Remax), we told the realitor, April Dehanas that we liked the property but did not have great credit, but are financies were consistant and we had good referals from prior landlords. She told us that would not be a problem, but she would need $50 up front to run a credit check regardless. Fine, we paid it. We didn't hear anything for over a week and called her. She calls back another week later and tells us that the owner would not let us rent from them due to past credit. I told her that because of her waiting so long to get back to us she has now put us in a bad possition, our lease would end in a week and we still did not find another place. (Maryland rentals are hard to come by) I tell her I can get a co-signer. She then says that it's already rented. The first people that paid their credit check wanted the place. I asked her if she know this when we lokked at the property and was told yes. Real Estate laws prohib a realitor from taking another persons credit check fee, deposit, etc. when they already have a renter or buyer, knowingly, and it was obvious that she knew. Trust me when I say this, the "just a mistake" is crap. Remax intentially lies when showing a house. The place we previously rented was originally listed with Remax and said 2 bathrooms, etc. We moved in to find that it only had one and when asked we're told the same thing. If you haven't gone to settlement yet, you can get out of the contract on a breach or lease. You can also take them to small claims court to get your deposit and money put into the home. Now, if you have gone to settlement, you can still take them to small claims court and get the money you put into it because of faulisified information. GOOD LUCK!
