This case was dismissed in small claims court in November 2009. The judge didn't even need to hear my side of the story. It was a waste of everyone's time. I had no dealings with this indiviual whatsoever. I didn't know he existed until I received a supoena to appear in court. He made several erroneous and slanderous accusations including we treated Military Personnel badly.
I am a retired Navy Commander and over 90 percent of my clients are active and retired military personnel. Almost all of them are referred to me from my military client database who have been very please with the services we provided.
This Office enjoys an excellent reputation in the Northern Virginia area.
Lisa Wallace is no longer affiliated with this office.

I have been a local mortgage banker in the DC AREA since 1994. I have literally helped thousands of families realize their dream of home ownership with dignity and respect to each and every person. When people/families contact me thru my database/referral network (I do not advertise for business...never have) and ask me for guidance in choosing a Realtor...I give them one name only...Lisa Wallace. She conducts her business in the exact same way that I have conducted my business for 16 years...with honesty, integrity, and completely by the "Golden Rule". She is as honest as the day is long. I find this post to be utter rubbish...garbage. I was not surprised to see a retraction by the author. Dishonesty is one term that will never be associated with Lisa Wallace, I assure you. It was a posting by someone who obviously never owned a home, or has not done so in quite some time. If that person comes to me for home loan financing, he/she will get one and only one business card from me. And the Military shot you take? You are way off base. The last 3 home loans I did for clients of Lisa Wallace were Veterans Loans...all who were able to get a home in a tough market because of Lisa Wallace.
Your story is full of erroneous information. Your problem Sir/Madam lies with your Landlord and certainly not Lisa Wallace. I am sorry your lost a home to live in but your attack on an honest, ethical business person is disturbing. I wonder why you ended up posting are retraction? Correct...you were wrong.

After my unsuccessful attempt to recover the $5000 that was offered
me, Lisa Wallace admitted that the offer of $5000 was a mistake on behalf of
her assistant. Since then, she has been
sincerely apologetic and I believe that she has made an honest effort to make
things right.
