Renew eye cream Revitalize skin cream Contour Glamour They took almost $200 out of my account. I never got another order from them. I called on 14 day to cancel & they said it was too late, said 15 days Internet
I ordered a trial fir eye cream & face cream. I didn't see anything about cancelling. They took almost $200 out of my account & I called immediately. Was on hold forever & had to hand up, called next day on hold forever finally got someone. Cancelled after he told me I would be billed that it was the 15 th day should have cancelled at 14 days. Called back to get refund & was talked bad to & finally offered a discount back but it was their employee discount not to tell anyone. Will see if that happens. Even though these orderes were together I had to call 2 different numbers but they had my info st both places. Got same spill from them to saying it should have been cancelled! They also offered discounts then after I kept on offered refund of 35%. They were a bad company and are taking our money. I'll never do this again but I am out way over the charge now because my bank charged me nfs fees because I didn't have enough money in my account. I wasn't expecting these charges to b taken out of my account.
