I'm sorry that there are employee of the company out there that don't care about their stores. I take it personally every time i here their stories. There are good stores out there. I wish the employee who are at least going to express there opinion could do it respectively. I do apoligize for others that can't seem to help others.

First of all whoever wrote the last statement and calls themself of an Co. you would not call or make fun of someone with a mental disorder....you just showed rent-a-centers true self. So calling me whatever you want is not going to affect me, but It is more for me to have to give to my lawyer. So Keep up the good work EMPLOYEE of Rent-A-Center. Do not get mad at me because your Co. cannot find people to run there stores. My mother just reminded about the same stuff she went through with rent way before a "Better" Co, bought them out, and you can let them know word of mouth in a small town like homestead goes a long long way..not only that but your comments will be printed and faxed to your "Coroprate" office. So, keep on employees at rent-a-center your just building a better case for me. Have a blessed day. Smooches

Ok, I am sorry that you love your sorry job so much at rent-a-center, and you feel you must defend them to the fullest, but I have all of my receipts and bank statements. I have to tell you im through with you all and thats not a good thing..and oh calling the "customer service" doesnt do a thing.. promise this and that full of it...been down that road twice....its not even worth my breath, my mind has moved on to better things than a sorry place that wants to call themself a Co. When you go through 3 managers at one store..tell me something else..get a life besides rent-a-center

You CAN pay cash, just make sure you get a receipt like with any other business you idiot!!! As for them trashing your stuff that's a bunch of B*ll Sh*t!!! Call another store and they will give you our corporate office number. The District Manager will call you back within hours guaranteed. If they screwed you over for that I am sorry. But if you got screwed over and were too dumb to request a receipt then both you and your "not in my right mind a**" are just too dumb to breathe.

so the situation sucks. the best thing to do is call another store, same state differect city. don't tell them your story they can't help but they can give you the 1-800 number. call corporate and complian, make it angry like i'm sure you are and they will have the manager's boss call you. hope it works out
