The guy that responded before me is absolutely right. You need to call the market manager. I had a friend that purchased (Not rented) a living room set it looked ok in the store, but once it got to their the delivery drivers had torn it and didn't say anything. They went through hell with the rent a center they purchased the set from. They even threatened a lawsuit, that didn't matter, they were told that they signed the form that it was inspected and abroved by them. Yes, but this happened after the fact. They found out the name and number of the store manager, called him, told him the situation, etc. He had them come out and fix it. Well, their fxing was a patch that didn't even match the fabric. They got the market manager (or district manager) name and number, they called him, etc. He made them a deal either they could pick any other set at no addition charge, etc. or they would get them 30% of their payment back. Just like that. After having to put up with the stores crap for over a month, within a day, talking with the MM (or DM) everything was solved. So, please try to call him/her. I wish you the best of luck. Please, post updates so we know if this worked out.

Tessa, the best advise I can give you is to call the store you deal with and ask for the "Market Manager" phone number. If they won't give it to you call different rent a center in the area. Market Managers over-see several stores in the same area. Most Market Managers will bend over backward to help a customer who realy needs it. You can also ask to have your account transferred to a different rent a center in your area. assistant manager/sales
