Rental Condominiums International LLC, Resort Exchange International LLC, Called as RCI - offered to rent bonus time - attempted to cancel - phone calls not returned - invalid/incomplete mailing address Pompano Beach Florida
At approximately 6:30 PM CST was call by individual identfying herself as representing RCI> O
ffered to rent bonus time for me, but needed my permission.
Asked for funds, and I provided them via credit card. Contract was sent via docusend which I failed to read completely.
Attempts to validate company later were unsucessful as Rental Condominums International LLC did not appear on any internet search. C
ontacted my credit card provider who attempted to call them with no success.
Performed search on telephone number 888-274-5433 found address of 2700 W. Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL 33060 - not associated with company.
Finally made telephone contact at 888-274-5433, company was identified as Resort Exchange International LLC. Requested to speak with rental section-was advised that supervisor would return my call-still waiting as of 2 PM CST on 12 November.
Wrote cancellation letter in accordance wilth contract and sent via priority mail with signature confimation requested on 9 November using the address provided by company (2700 W. Atlantic Blvd.)
On 12 November advised via email that the Post Office was returning the item to me as havilng an insufficent address.
Attempted again to contact company via telephone resulting in voice mail prompt.
