rented a car for more than two weeks in milan, italy. car was provided by locauto in milan. they didn't have the car model we booked and offered a smaller one, or extra pay for upgrade. 

after 10 days, had a break-in with a window broken. locauto's 24/7 promise to bring a replacement car when picking up original car for repair, however, they just show up with a tow tug and take the car with broken window. never get a replacement car; never get the original car back after repair (after one week). never see our empty suitcase and maps in the picked up car again. they just vanish, never called me or emailed me one single time. rentalcars.com provide absolutely zero assistance; only get a reply many days later, that there is no compensation, no refund, nothing at all.
