Rentproductsonline.com They took my $349.99 for a vacuum cleaner they never delivered 3 months ago and still haven’ refunded my money Lake Worth Fl
On 5/26 I purchased a vacuum cleaner for $349.99 their email said would deliver 6/9-6/25. That time came and went with no communication from that. When I asked their answer " you will be notified when it ships." (A lie bo product). When I paid they asked for a bank draft instead of accepting debit or CC. ( I've since learned from the bank that's a tactic of scam companies because the bank can credit you for debit purchase but not a draft you auth).
After a few emails they claimed vacuum was on backorder or they could issue a refund which they said took 3 days. 7 days later they claimed they mailed a check to arrive by 7/28. (A lie-no check). I said no check arrived so they asked for my paypal email and said they would credit me. (Another lie). I emailed a few more times and now they say they cannot credit me till Oct 13, 2020. (Potentially 5 months after me paying them!!)
after I purchased I saw many complaints on the BBB site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO! I have since filed with the FBI's Internet Fraud division, and the FCC then small claims court. So much aggravation, but do not want them defrauding others.
