renuvadermskin bought trial for $4.97 and with no commitment they charged my credit card twice for $94.57 and there was no papers with the product explaining their policy and nothing on the Web sight that I saw address on my credit card statement is NV Internet
While on my computer one day I noticed a side bar that was offering a trial face product called renuvaderm skin serum for $4.97 for mailing. I am very cautios of this kind of offer so I read very carefully the ofer and it said no commitment needed for future orders so I took the offer. When the product came I thooought it was strange that there was no papers with it that explained their return policy or custermer phone numbers, no information at all.
Last week I received another bottle which I immediately returned without opening, which is customary for produicts received which are not ordered, whin I called the com-0pany they informed me that I would not get a refund since I did not call and get a refund number. How could I know that was needed when I was not informed. When getting my xcredidt card statement today I noticed that they had charged me $94.57 twice. I called and complained they offered to refund $70.92 but that was all. This company is not reputable.
