Repeat the Heat Repeat the Heat Shoulder Pad Loveland, co Tradeshows
We went to the Gun Show in Loveland, CO on November 14th, 2015 and one of the vendors was selling the "Repeat the Heat" pads. He showed us how to use it by clicking the disk and the heating pad warmed right up. Once the heat is gone, just pop it in a pan of boiling water - so easy he said.
I used it one time and the pad was so hard while it was hot it felt like a board when trying to form it to my shoulders and back. Once it cooled off it was even harder. I followed the directions and put it in the boiling pot of water.....with a cloth underneath. It took about 45 minutes for it to get to the normal color. I took the pad out and laid it on a towel to make sure all of it had "melted back" into the disk. There was no discoloration and the whole pad was the bright orange again.
This morning I went to use it again and it's as hard as a brick. I asked the representative if I could just get my money back and he said "Company policy" they only exchange. So now I’m stuck with a product that won’t soften up….takes forever before you can use it again since you have to boil water for an hour to make is usable, if it actually stays soft the second time I try it and out $45.00. Such a rip off.
