It is the policy of Reply.com to address all concerns, however it is also company policy to treat all complaints filed through RipOffReport.com as false claims until we are given an opportunity to verify that the author is in fact a current or former customer of Reply.com.
Unfortunately, there are an overwhelming number of companies that have fallen victim to false complaints filed here, where the author was only attempting to gain leverage in charging money to have the complaints removed.
If you are the author of this complaint and would like to discuss resolution, contact us direct at 925-983-3427. You will be required to verify your identity by answering a few security questions. Well work on resolution, including both parties publicly responding to the complaint. We are not allowed to provide an email address here, so you must contact us via phone first.
