I received a sales call from a company called Reply Real Estate, They said they would provide me with leads for a $45 per lead fee. Not being very trusting of such a thing I asked a million questions one of which is how can the assure me that they are solid leads. I was told the each client is put through an extensive application they have to fill out. I tried to tell them I was not interested and he continued to push I finally caved and signed up for the 30 day trial period. I agreed to receive a maximum of 3 leads per month, within 3 days they had sent me 7 leads and not a one of them would even answer or return my phone calls. I called Reply real estate to cancel and was told I had to give 30 days notice and could not cancel until this 30 day period was over and that they would continue to send me leads until my contract was up. Which meant that for 60 days I would be receiving leads @ $45 dollars a lead you can figure how quick that would add up. Everything they had told me about the program was a lie I eventually ended up closing my credit card account. Now several months later I receive a call from someone stating that they work for NRH Associates and that they are representing Reply Real Estate in a lawsuit against me and that they have filed criminal charges against me. They said they would be investigating my business, employees, bank accounts, and vendors I work with unless I would pay them the (get this) $443.00. I didn't believe this guy for a second and reported it to the local Scam dept. with our City police. Whatever you do don't be a succer like me and sign up with these guys.

It is hard to find a job in Modesto, Ca. Reply does not pay well, but most of us here use this company while looking for another job. We ALL no that it is a rip off and hate our jobs. We all have bills and find it hard to take the realtors money. If we don't make quota then we are fired and new meat is brought in to see how many people they can scam. Trust me I don't like my job and I don't like the scam they pull but I do need to pay rent and feed my baby. I am so sorry to all for what I have done and continue to do I hope this post helps you all from spending your hard earned money on this Reply Real Estate Scam Good luck

ive been with the company for awhile now and i can definitively say that policies have changed for one i have never heard of a lead being $45. they are $54.95 each. we have never been able to set a max cap of 3 leads. minimum is 7. there is a 90day guarantee that if you do not close one in escrow we will give 6 months of free leads or until you do close in escrow. during that period the only charge is to maintain the territory which is only $54.95. the rep that signed you up should have noted that account for cancellation at the point of set up. ergo the 30 trial. (standard 30 day written notice clause that is stated multiple times before, during and after set up.
as far as the rest of the claim that information (if true) is beyond my capabilities to verify.
