i booked my hotel through reservations.com in April 2017 for arrival date of 5/27. When looking online to check on amenities the hotel will not even be open till June 5th!
I caleed Reservations online, Hilton, and the Hamton Inn's and no one is able to help. I just keep getting transferred from one person to another and given multiple excuses. All I want at this point is my refund since my card was already charged and no one wants to give us a refund on a reservation where the hotel is not even open yet!
