Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I will start off by saying I hope you did not purchase this membership at the presentation. If you have, you MOST likely have been lied/tricked/scammed into signing up from the sales representatives. They will present many false claims, such as free vacations, 0% interest for 18 months if you sign up for certain credit cards to pay for the membership, and many other false claims for them to sell you the membership. One of the biggest lies told is that you can cancel your membership. Of course, technically, you may cancel, but you are responsible for paying off the membership in full without the benefits of the membership. Which if you signed up with a credit card, Reserve Membership already has their money and does not care because you owe money to whoever you signed a loan with at that point.

They have no problem sending people to collections if you wish to not pay due to the fraudulent information they know they allowed to be sold. If you take the time to read the terms and conditions for all the documents that you sign, you will see that the ACCURATE info is all on there, as they lie to your face. It is almost like a legal scam because it states in the membership fine print that any thing that is told to you by their affiliates or the sales reps/marketing people, that simply speaking, they are not responsible for. Also a reason they don't care if lawyers are contacted for fraudulent info, because their terms and conditions back them up legally, since you have signed it.

It is basically impossible to speak with a supervisor as you are also told they will contact you in a few business days, which doesn't happen. When you do speak with one, they even use fake names so no one knows who they really are because they are present at the presentations and of course they do not want any one to come for them. Very few people have been able to cancel completely, but do not assume you will be one of them, no matter how many times you call the customer service line. They do not have an actual place of business where you could go and speak with someone. Although, the presentations are at Hooter's Hotel & Casino, where the "supervisors" are at as well. These supervisors also claim when you finally are able to speak with one, that they were not at the presentation where you were told these liesI worked as customer service for them.

I have had barely any calls where someone was happy with the product they were sold. Most calls are people requesting to cancel due to fraudulent information being sold. Which at that point as a customer service rep, I let you know that cancellations are not through me, they have to go to a supervisor for approval and that a supervisor would contact them. I did do my part to let the "supervisors" know by email (a few times for the people who  were very upset and wishing to speak with someone higher up) that these people are waiting for their response. Sadly, I knew it would take them weeks, sometimes months in some people's cases, to even contact them back. Only to let them know, if they cancel they still are reponsible for paying. The supervisors go by Charles and Anthony. Their real names are both Michael. Hopefully you read this before you attend the presentation and buy this.

Please run for your life. These people are scam bags. They lie and pretend to be nice. They talked to you about a presentation that supposed to take 11/2 hrs, but ended up taking most of your day They falsely apply for credit card on your name. They told you have five days to cancel, but they purposely don't answer their calls.

You can even find a human being to talk to. You kept getting those low end call center people who tell you to send certified letter, then you received confirmation the letter was received, but yet they claimed that they never received it. They then give you another address to send the letter too.

They are ripoffs and unscrupulous people trying to take advantage of New comers in Las Vegas. Please file complain with BBB, Las Vegas. They are registered in Delaware, I even filled complaint with BBB in Delaware. They used at least 10 different names.
