This is supposed to be a 501c non-profit company but the method of doing business is a total ripoff. As soon as I received the information by mail and read the contents I called the company to let it know I did not want to participate. The customer service rep laughed at me when I asked for a refund of any charges billed to my credit card.

My credit card was billed $797.00 and I have been trying since the end of September 2007 to get this refunded. I returned the paperwork sent to me via US postal service registered mail return receipt required as stipulated in the fine print on Oct.1,2007.

I spoke to a Miss Harris on Jan. 29 2008 who hung up on me when I insisted the only thing to discuss was when would my credit card be refunded the amount charged . I refused to agree to some stupid negotiation conference she demanded. How can I take the chance of a conference call which may give them an excuse to say they have earned such an enormous fee?

Multiple posts about this company can be found at http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-696-1474 Other names appearing are: Newport Equity Solutions Account Services, Inc account services en point tech GRA Mercy Park Fcl Pc Repair Most of these names appear to be caller ids reported from people who have received phone solicitations. This may be the same group reported in your ripoff report 312307 with multiple AKAs. My mother (in her 80's) has let them charge her credit account $599. After seeing the personal financial information they wanted she thought better of it. (Give the old-timers a little credit here.) I am trying to get at least some of her money back, but it's a dubious proposition. juan

I have not been contacted by the Resolutions Center and my $797 has not been credited to my billed credit card. I would like to be a part of a complaint filed with the Florida state attorney general. This organization is truly a rip off and needs to be shut down.

They refunded a double charge on my card ,but ,without my permission they put them through as cash advances when they were not supposed to be. Now I am still trying to negotiate the return of the cash advance of 797. and two cash advance fees with somewhat of a runaround. I would like to know if you have had any luck. My next step after today, when they are supposed to call within the hour, is to make a rip off report, also contact Florida Attorney General Office and Illinois Attorney General Office for deceptive practices and unlawful charge for a cash advance. I would like to know if you have gotten anywhere yet.
