IN MAY 2005 I CONTRACTED WITH THIS RIPOFF COMPANY TO HAVE THEM SELL MY WESTGATE VILLAS TIMESHARE BASED UPON THE LIES OF THE SNAKE SOLICITOR, NATALIE, WHO CALLED ME DAILY OR MORE LIKE HOURLY UNTIL SHE GOT THE SALE. SHE STATED THT THEY WERE THE ONLY RESALE COMPANY THAT GUARANTEDD TO SELL THE PROPERTY WITHIN 90 DAYS OR I WOULD RECEIVE A REFUND OF MY MONEY. SHE FURTHER STATED THEY THEY USUALLY SOLD ALL PROPERTIES WITHIN 45 DAYS, BUT USED 90 DAYS AS A GUIDELINE.

ONCE SHE GOT THE SALE SHE WAS NO LONGER AVAILABEL WHEN I CALLED. I WAS REFERRED TO CHARLES KINGSMORE WHO WAS THE ALLEGED DIRECTOR OF TIMESHARE SALES. HE TOLD MORE LIES, TELLING ME NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY HE WOULD PUT HIS COMPANY IN JEOPARDY BY NOT SELLING THE PROPERTIES HE WAS PAID TO SELL. HE ASSURED ME THAT MY PROPERTY WOULD BE SOLD BEFORE THE 45 DAY PERIOD BECAUSE IT WAS A HOTSPOT AND THEY HAD LOTS OF CONVENTIONS GOING ON THERE WITH "HIGH ROLLERS" WANTING A PLACE TO CALL HOME WHEN THEY WERE THERE FOR CONFERENCES OR RELAXATION.

I LAST TALKED TO HIM IN LATE JULY, HE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK IN EARLY AUGUST, HE NEVER DID. I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES FOR FOLLOW-UP ESPECIALLY AFTER THE 90 DAYS HAD PASSED AND I HAD NOT HEARD A WORD FROM ANYONE. I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO HIM ONCE AND HE CONTINUED TO TELL LIES, SUDDENLY HE DISAPPEARED THE SAME AS LYING NATALIE HAD. I WAS REFERRED TO DAVID MORGAN WHO ALLEGED THAT HE WAS DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, BBB COMPLAINTS LIST HIM AS A SALES REP. AND THERE IS NO CHARLES KINGSMORE LISTED AT ALL IN THE 4 PAGE BBB REPORT.

I CALLED AGAIN IN OCTOBER AFTER MY HUSBAND DIED AND WAS TOLD BY DAVID THAT MY PROPERTY HAD NOT BEEN IN THE MARKET SINCE AUGUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T CALL TO RENEW THE AD. THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT WAS THAT IT WOULD BE SOLD IN 90 DAYS OR I GET MY MONEY BACK. I REQUESTED A REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO REFUNDS BUT I COULD GET TWO FREE AIRLINES TICKETS, HOWEVER I WOULD HAVE TO STAY AT CERTAIN HOTELS WITH A COST EXCEEDING WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM TO SELL MY TIMESHARE.

I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE, SENT A E-MAIL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I TRIED DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MBNA CREDIT CARD CO, BUT THEY REFUSED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES, CLOSED BOTH ACCOUNTS I HAD WITH THEM AND HAVE RECENTLY WIPED OUT ALL BILL PAY INFORMATION I HAD SET UP ON A SITE THAT THEY APPARENTLY OWN.

I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THAT AS WELL, BY MBNA. SO IT APPEARS THT MBNA IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THIS RIPOFF COMPANY. I AAPPRCIATE ANY SUGGESTIONS AND HELP THAT ANYONE HAS TO OFFER, THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN THE SAME AS IBD MAARKETING, THEY ARE PROBABLY ONE AND THE SAME.

I WILL BE WRITING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR WHAT GOOD IT MAY DO SINCE OUR LELCTED OFFICIALS SEEMS TO BE FOR BIG BUSINESSES AND NOT THE EVERYDAT WORKING CONSUMER.

I am still waiting after 4 years for Resort Equity to sell my Timeshare that was guaranateed to be sold within 90 to 180 days maybe they meant that many years. I don't even see my property listed. The company refuses to return calls, respond to faxes or e-mails. I have contacted both the Attorney General & Governor of Florida so far not much follow-up from either. I recently saw other complaints but was unble to locate them once I requested my log in information. We all need to get together and bombard the officials in Florida as well a file a class action lawsuit to demand action. I am ready and will to do all I can to get the ball rolling. The one customer whose complaint I read had talked to that rude David the same as I have many times until they stopped responding to any of my correspondence. They are Ruthless so is Roark Vacation in Branson, MO. Please everyone, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER. HOPE I CAN BE OF HELP TO ANYONE WHO REALLY WANT TO FIGHT THEE CROOKS.
