Resort International Financial Mark Allan Goolsby Scammed $1,245 ref. the promised sale of a Las Vegas timeshare to a buyer that RIF stated wanted to buy this property Seattle, Washington
Based on a B+ rating by Seattle BBB I entered into a contract with RI Financial to sell my timeshare in Las Vegas. Sent them $1,245. About 3 weeks later they "disappeared off the radar." ..The person conducting this scam, Mark Allan Goolby, recently was convicted of a criminal fellony in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court in Orlando ( cases 2010-CF-013444-A-0 and 2011-CF-0005054-A-0) of selling realestate without a license and employing unlicensed sales staff. He was fine a little more than $4,000. The court did not mandate restitution to those scammed by his company. I am interesting of amassing a list of other individuals who can prove that they were scammed by RI Financial and misled by the Seattle BBB to initiate class actions vs Goolsby and the BBB inorder to recover our lost money.
