Complaint Review: Resorts Anytime Hilton Head SC - HILTON HEAD ISLAND Georgia

We were on a family vacation in Hilton Head for about a week, I was coming out of Walmart when I was approached by a nice lady offering to sell vacation, I wasn't that interested but then she told me things that I liked that maybe reasonable, so I decided to give it a try.

So the next day we went April 8th 2016, we were greeted by a lady named Oliva Keener Casey, She presented the discounted vacations and resorts and airfare discounts, for $3395, then brought it down to $2395. It sounded very good because I travel a lot and if I would actually get the kind of discount offered , that would have been fine, but the problem was I have not done my home work yet. Meaning usally before I do anything I would do my researches.

So I asked the lady Olivia, how do I know I will be getting this kind of discounts, she said, " she said we check it everyday, the deals are too good to be true" still not satisfied, I said No to the deal, told her I be back next day after some thought.

And we left, while in the parking lot, We decided maybe we should buy it since the whole family plans on traveling out of the country this summer, that will be a great discount, So we went back, they said it will take 10 days for us to get the information to log in and actually see the deals, but you only have 3 days on the contract to resend the contract, that should've been our red flag to run.

The manager which I can't recall his name right now said, he will give me 5 days and will get the log information to me within that 5 days, so I told him to put it on the contract, which I later realized he never did, so we got the paperwork and left, when I got to our vacation rental I decided to surf the net and find out a little more about this membership thing, first thing I saw was complaints upon complaints about the company and about the membership that it was a rippoff and there's no money to be saved and many of this complaint is dated back from 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014,2015, So I believe this company is intentionally ripping people up and just waiting for the right person to shut them down.

So for me that's enough red flag for me to change my mind, So the next day April 9th at around 11 o clock, we back to the office to tell them we were recinding the contract, I was very nice, So I was approached by the same manager from the day before and he brought me into a little office and wanted to know why, I told him and he said, "those were old reviews under a different mangement" and now that he have taken over the program the program is what it said it is,

So he proceed to show me the deals on the computer, he asked where I wanted to go, and since the only good reason I was doing this was because I wanted to save on airfare, I told him where to search the flight to be around $2000 each person, even I myself can find better deals, So he said let me try something else, everything he did there was no deal, so I told him I would like my money back and rescind the contract.

That's when I got another surprise, he said, to cancel I would have to send them a registered letter and he pointed that out in the contract, and he told me I can go to the UPS STORE that's next door to them and send it and they will get it on Monday, at that point I knew their was was something wrong with this company, they're open 6 days a week, and you give your customer such a hassle to get their money back less than 20hrs later.

So I went into the UPS STORE, wrote the letter sending it as a registed mail, I paid $14.80, registered letter usually cost about $3, letter should have been delivered Monday 11, 2016, the letter did not get delivered until Wednesday 13, 2016, which makes me assume the UPS STORE thats inside the plaza with them are working along with them with the SCAM, and as of right now I have not yet received anything from them, notice of cancellation or my refund. BUYERS BEWARE

Also the lady Oliver also misrepresented herself as a realtor, she is not as checked with the state board. BUYERS BEWARE!!! AVOID CORAL REEF, CORAL RESORTS, ANYTIME RESORTS, they operate under so many names.
