Complaint Review: RESSURECTION FINANCIAL/LURTON LIPSCOMB - MARTINEZ Georgia

I am Lurton Lipscomb, Jr., the owner of the company. Resurrection Financial, Inc. has funded a multitude of deals from a variety of fields and perspectives.  Most of the deals involve clients who are shoestringing their transactions with a minimum amount of money and we have to leverage what they do have to make a larger transaction occur and close.  The clients have to be either willing to wait and be patient to close or transaction or have the cash investment necessary to go anywhere to get the deals funded. Occassionally, we run across unrealistic, impatient, and unappreciative clients that want the world, but can't pay for it AND can't be patient.  

If a deal is big enough and worth it, a client will do what is necessary to close it.  Additionally, some clients come into a transaction and pretend to be a certain way, patient, not desperate, and receptive to suggestions and structures.  Unfortunately, these particular clients negotiate a deal with a Seller that does not agree with the financing and that is set up to fail.  We tell people all of the time that how you negotiate the deal determines your ability to succeed or sets up your failure.  Some clients even lie and misrepresent the material facts of a transaction and we do not determine the truth until we get further into the transaction. With all this being said, we do not even know who this specific client lying about our firm is because they did not have the decency to include their name.

No matter what business, there are always people and ex-clients  with sour grapes and nut cases that like to smear other entities and blame everyone else for there own problems. In fact, some clients do not deserve, if there behavior or transaction details are not sufficient, to close their transaction. So, anonymously this particular poster is trying to trash our company in an obvious smear campaign. If the person posting such falsehoods had any validity, they would have displayed their name and details about their transaction so that their statements could be exposed as the lies that they are. We have documentation and details on every deal and back up everything that we do or say. We have no problem dispelling with facts and figures, communications, emails, voicemails and proof of our interaction and efforts on all deals.

As far as the licensing goes, we are not required to be licensed to do what we do. We are commercial mortgage brokers and consultants and are not required to be licensed. The statement from the anonymous individual who posted this complaint does not tell you this fact. Additionally, we not only have verifiable references, we have deals that have closed and copies of actual closing statements from transactions that we have closed. Therefore, the statement from the anoymous person who posted this complaint is a blatant lie. The comment made by the anonymous individual who posted this complaint about our firm not have any "accreditations" is ludicrous.  There are no accreditations in our fields of business and there are none required. Again this is an obvious attempt to discredit our firm. We hope that we do learn the identity of this libelous individual who posted this malicious smear so that we can allow our attorneys to sue them vigorously.

Don't let an anonymous person with sour grapes and a malicious intent disrupt the potential of closing your transaction with our firm. Most importantly, we will not as a company let any nutcase disrupt or progress or destiny. We wanted to make sure that we took the time out to combat these falsehoods.
