Reunite tonight promises to locate a person. they include a text box so you can explain why you are looking for a person, the last address, etc.
They guarantee a full refund if they do not provide the exact CURRENT address of the person for whom you are searching.
They emailed me to say they had the exact current address for my missing husband. When I paid the $20., they sent me 3 addresses that were from before we were married. When I asked for my money back, they said that I would have to send a letter to all the addresses and get it stamped by the USPS that the address was wrong. Well, one is his parents, and so the postman will probably deliver it, the next is his ex-wifes, etc.
