I am having the same problem.  I did receive a reply from an email I sent on 10/20/12:

Dear Theresa,
We apologize for the extending wait. We are running a bit behind. We will have your redemption processed in the order it was received. Thank you so much for your patience.

So now, it will be 6 months since I "redeemed"  my points.  Here is the link to the Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs:
