I cashed in 4500 in reward points to Reward Port December 12, 2011 for a $10 Amazon.com gift certificate but have yet to receive it.  It was supposed to come in 4-6 weeks.  I wrote to Reward Port's "support" email several times asking where my reward was, but I would only get in response a company line that the "reward" was unusually delayed and might take 8 weeks.  Its been 86 days! 

There is no reason for the delay since the "reward" does not have to be mailed to me; it only has to be credited to me through Amazon.  I think Reward Port has no intention of paying the reward, for whatever the reason may be.  They should at least be honest and tell me why they won't pay it.  They give no reason for the "unusual delay", so what is causing it other than them trying to scam people iningto click on or buying something from their clients' website.  I am a member of (((competitor's name redacted))) and (((redacted))), and they usually pay their rewards out within a week or two.  Why does it take Reward Port so long to send a lousy $10 reward to me?

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
