Thanks for the advice...but..What if I don't live in New Jersey? Should I contact them anyway..or eventually go to the Atty. General in my state..and maybe the BBB in my state?

There are a lot of people having this problem with them. It appears the BBB does not want to get involved. They are based in NJ, so I went ahead and filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's office. I don't know if it will produce results, but the more complaints about RewardPort they get, the better. I've pasted the link to the complaint form below:
