Rhino Distributing LLC 84 Year old woman with Dementia victimized, salesmen help her write check Kent Washington
84 year old woman with dementia taken advantage of to the tune of $2900 by door-to-door salesmen.
Two salesmen from Rhino Distributors LLC entered the home of Louise A. and sold her a vacuum system, despite the fact that she has all hardwood flooring. The cancled check shows that the check was not in her handwriting, but written with help by the salesmen. Upon finding her account overdrawn, her son called the company and requested that they refund the amount owed and they have yet to refund the money, but they were quick to come back to her residence and take the vacuum back.
This is theft. The company took advantage of an elderly person, commited identity fraud by writing her check for her, and re-entered her home to steal in plain sight the item they never intended to refund.
