Rhino Distributing LLC NO SHOW 2 TIMES, DID NOT CALL THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE Redmond, Washington
This company came to our house wanting us to hire them to clean our carpets. They said that they would do 2 rooms for free and they work on referral basis so if we could refer them that would be great. We scheduled them to come back the next day, we moved all of our furniture out of 2 rooms and waited but they never showed up or never called. I called them and she explained to me that their truck with all of their equipment was stolen the night before and apologized to me and we rescheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday (today).
Again, I removed all of the furniture out of the two rooms, took the day off of work to do all of this and waited........They NEVER showed up again. I called the number and it went right to voice mail and they never called us back. I called the manager and he told me that they never schedule appointments for earlier than 1:00pm (ours was scheduled for 11:00am) I said sir, I am not lying to you I have 2 of your brochures sitting right in front of me and have talked to someone twice before. He became really rude to me, told me that I was lying to him.
I got very upset that he would call me a liar and that he didn't seem at all that he cared that this has happened to me not only once, but twice. He then hung up the phone on me and will not return any of my phone calls. This company should not be in business and I want everyone to know how horrible this company is and if they come to your door to please tell them to leave. I want everyone to know to please not take time off of work and work hard to move furniture expecting this company to show up, because they won't. This company is a scam DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE.

Count yourself lucky. They are no cleaning company, they are a Vacuum cleaner sales company. They don't use a bag, instead they have little white cloths that last for about 2 passes of the vacuum before needing to be changed (This is so they can show you the dirt). After they've vacuumed about half a quarter of a room, they would make a sales pitch for their 1000-2000 dollar vacuum. When they did this to me, they were there for 3 hours pressuring. They Do Not Leave. If they come back, don't let them in.
