RIALTO POLICE DEPARTMENT MASTAYOR THEY HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN MIND CONTROL AND HYPNOSIS AGAINST ME THAT VIOLATED MY RIGHT'S MASTAYOR IS INVESTIGATING RIALTO, California
i have been a victim of mind cntrol and hypnosis and rialto police department has took part in violating m right's. they used pysical abuse and intimindation to avoid me getting a police report. they also use children in the mind control experiment.
i was involved in a relationship with veronica t. cedeno an cna that work at arrowhea regional medical center in colton behavior health. her husband deputy juan cedeno of inmate reception center in los angeles johnson v/s cedeno of restraining order hearing of march 16th,2006 of san bernardino court scvss135077.
rialto police department has cover up kidnapping by the use of hypnosis and tranquilizer dart. corpral mastayor is investigating the department corruption.
