Riccolas I performed services for them as an independent contractor and was never paid by them. St Louis, Missouri
Working under contract for Riccolas, specific details of my job can be provided, basically remailed packages received by myself to my home address. Did my job to the letter under supervision of Daniel Gardiner by e-mail. My contract was signed by me and countersigned by Brian Stevenson, Human Resource Representative for Riccolas and with a seal from Riccolas LLC. This contract was signed by me on November 23, 2009 and I started work for them shortly thereafter...I processed eleven packages for them and spent approximately $10 in shipping supplies ie: packing tape and labels. Per contract, I was to be paid every two weeks and at the rate of $25 each for packages 10 lbs or less and over 10 lb packages $35 each. To this date, I have not been paid one cent for my work from November 2009 through January 2010 so I quit and have heard word one from this company...What a ripoff...I did a lot of work for nothing...
