This story of DECEIT, FAILURE TO DELIVER, AND EXCESSIVE DAMAGE to my property from a company that hides behind a contract. The reason for this posting was to hopefully save many other people from having to go through what I have. I took trust in an expensive memorabilia collection leaving my home in the hands of Richard Davie T/As IAA Ltd. But this was an expensive mistake I have paid for dearly.

IAA are based in Nottingham in the United Kingdom, the director "Richard Davie" has no respect what so ever over other peoples property and when I confronted over the excessive damaged caused the answer I got "Speak to my solicitor". How I have not taken matters into my own hands has even surprised me. Be aware this company should not be trading even with there excessive charges they couldn't care a less if your items got damaged, broken in there possession as he will hide behind IAA's contract. I want people to be aware that this company is a disgrace to any trading auction house with ethics.

If I could post the damage to my items a loud gasp of horror will most surely sound!

Just remember if IAA have your items Pheeeewww! try and get them back in one piece. The illusive Richard Davie is a nightmare to get hold of and I am still chasing a payment to this day.

Nearly 2 months on, and the untrustworthy "Richard Davie" hasn't had the courtesy of paying for the damaged he caused. A "ROGUE" is still a word that is still to good for this person, but all the same it sums up him and his auction house, IAA (International Autograph Auctions based in the UK. I will also add his solicitors "Gaurdian Law" based in the same town are also a disgrace to the law society. No courtesy response from them either. WHAT A SURPRISE!!!! Maybe they are related, who knows.
