Mr. Lynch purchased a cd player for his Isuzu Trooper on 8/30/2013 for the amount of $95.00

 

We are a salvage yard. We are located in Jacksonville, FL and have warehouses and facilities nationwide. Mr. Lynch recieved his first USED radio because he DIDN"T WANT TO PURCHASE NEW and emails/and calls me, stating that the radio doesnt work. It would light up but wouldnt play or made a noise. We do not warranty electrical parts, its stated clearly in our Terms of Sale on www.4urparts.com

o, to help Mr. Lynch, I personally pulled another radio, paid $19.88 at the UPS store here in Jacksonville, and sent it off. The interior looked good, it was an all around good car. I took my cell phone and recorded me turning the Trooper on, and you could hear Rush Limbaugh on the radio speakers in the background.

What happens next? He calls AGAIN saying that this radio wouldnt as much as light up. Usually if you take good radios out of a car and install on the other, and they dont work, you may have a wiring issue. But instead of investigating that, he claims the radios are bad and he wants his money back.

I had to consider that it may legit be a bad part order. So I told him if he wanted to ship them back, we would refund his money minus the shipping charge.

Quickly he gets a lawyer who works with him because he is a county employee, to email me saying Mr Lynch does not agree to pay return shipping and get only the money for the parts. They want me to pay to ship it back AND refund $95.00 THE ENTIRE ORDER!

 

DO NOT SELL TO THIS GUY! 

If something goes wrong, he wont be willing to comprimise even if you go out of your way to help him. Now, they are threatening to charge it back with his bank, which looks bad on my end to the credit card companies, and they will have the radios also! How is that fair!? I could rebuttal showing he opened the Order Confirmation email and it clearly states our Terms of Sales on our websites and that confirmation sent after we take the order before we process the card.

 

I believe since we have that policy in place, even if its with USPS or a flat rate box, ship the bad parts back, and I will just refund his full amount now. Its sad he wouldnt even work wtih me Just a little bit beings I send a second radio out to him and paid for the shipping out of my pocket. Very selifsh and he isnot welcome to our phone line website or anything ever again.

Beware of this guy! He will take ya for everything you got if you give him the chance!
