I paid Richard T Howard 7,000 to do a loan modification or litigation on my house, he only answered the first time, since then i havent heard from him, he just took the money and never did something

Although there are many Richard T Howards in the Newport Beach/Newport Mesa/Irvine area, Richard T Howard of Newport Center Drive/Granville Drive, nor any of his companies, have ever been in the business of loan modifications and is not an attorney and has never handled any litigation for any homeowners.
Further, no monies have ever been paid to me personally nor to any of my companies for the above complaint.
