Richard "Pervert Rick" Roberts is the acting scumlord who rents out apartments at 3970 Marburg Ave Cincinnati Ohio for Mrs. Dennis Ladrigan the now current owner. He illegally lives in apt #6 with Nancy Chase who is subletting to him because he has a criminal past making and selling bootleg cd's and has numerous Hamilton county evictions on his record and is being forced to repay several past landlords for damages and past due rents and cannot get an apartment on his own now. His landline phone is 513-xxx-xxxx. Google search his phone number to see dozens of reports of his perverted behavior towards tenants. Also Google search his name at Hamilton county justice site for his criminalistic past. He does not a license to legally advertise, show or rent out apartments or accept rent, which is required by Ohio law for a building this size. The Ohio board of license has threatened a million dollar fine for his ongoing state violatios, as proof just call and ask them.
He illegally continues to advertise and rent out apartments putting himself and the owner in legal trouble. He is well known to enter apartments when tenants are not at home to go through their dirty panties. He spies on the female tenants through holes in the walls and floors and through video cables hooked up to a tv in his locked basement "fetish workshop" where he goes to "get-off". This sick pervert uses threats and physical violence to keep tenants "inline" who dare speak up against him. There are dozens of building code and life safety code violatios here. His love for chaos, gossip and his sick perversions make this place ripe for serious legal repercussions against him and the owner lady, who is totally aware but choses to turn a blind eye. He even enters your apartment when your home to talk about gossip. He thinks he's a slick talker, talks forever about gossip to you about your neighbors on how horrible they are then goes to your neighbors and talks bad about you to them putting neighbor against neighbor on purpose to control everyone and everything. He has a serious sick need to control you and know every aspect of your personal life. He will video tape you, call you, spie on you, record personal info, search you online and harass you for decades after you move out. He has had the police called on him millions of times for harassment and assault, just call district 2. You have been warned. This pervert criminal scumlord is a seriously unhinged lone wolf who will stop at nothing to act on his sick fetishes and terrorize tenants.
