Seen the ad on Craigslist and Too Good To Be True. We have been waiting for an 'angel' to help us purchase a home as we don't qualify for conventional loan. Long story short, We've been ripped off, handed over $3,000 and yep it's gone. Richardson has ticked off his investors as well and slam dunked them too. I've made this my quest now to put this man behind bars. Today at 4pm Fox KPTV channel 12 was at my residence to do their interview. I have had SEVERAL victims email me telling me their stories ( so sad ) some have lost big bucks I mean BIG BUCKS like lifes' savings and they've done what I am in the process of doing REPORTING TO EVERY MEDIA, GOV'AGENCIES, TALK SHOWS, RADIO whatever I can come up with. From other reports he's been under investagation, however I don't think it's been fast enough or he wouldn't be able to scam from outside prison. Therefore I have appointed myself as his "worst nightmare". I popped in to the office this morning only to find out he's taken out his computers and files < for those of us who got sucked in NOT ONLY IN OREGON, he now has our identity's and SS#s to boot. He's hiding but hasto come out for air one day and somehow well lets just say HE WILL BE CAUGHT..scam, con, wire transfer, and whatever else hes' been up to before we met him ..HE WILL BE SORRY.
He's back on Craigslist,,and no doubt in my mind he'll be workin out of Eugene, OR soon. I haven't got a physical address yet, but he will be caught. If anyone hasn't already contacted me PLEASE do so. He has ripped people off in Or, UT, TN, GA, CA, AS AND MORE EVERY DAY. WE NEED TO BANK TOGETHER AND STOP HIM AND OTHERS LIKE HIM

In case anyone is in touch with Jeremy ( Richardson Equities LLC ) please extend him an invitation to our next investigation interview>>Friday Jan 25th 10am..with KATU CHANNEL 2 I've been contacted by more victims (not ready to divulge info yet) and few investors that either did or are working with Jeremy,,I believe investors had NO IDEA they too would be ripped off,,meanwhile tennants are facing (with or without knowledge ) FORECLOSURE... Recently as of yesterday HE'S BACK ON CRAIGSLIST....however who ever it is rep'n Jeremy won't give out physical address yet. Would love everyone to help track him down, go to CL and call or email every ad that sounds familiar. Track and ask questions...if it sounds like the pitch we all heard before, document.
