Complaint Review: Richardson Equities LLC - Clackamas Oregon

For a few years my husband and I have NOT qualified for conventional loans, therefore it was a blessing and our answer when I read the 'come on' Jeremy uses on Craigslist. We met face to face Jan 7th 2008 in his NEW office and I had previously emailed several questions that I wanted / needed answers to before I would hand over the required $3,000 deposit. I thought I had done my homework checking out the state of Or site, and the BBB,Or site of which I trusted .

In reality I hadn't checked him or the company out on any other sites or believe me we would NEVER have issued him money. The deposit money was actually a loan my husband took out early ,,we had planned to take out the loan to renew his contractors license, his bond and his insurance just in case he hadn't enough work to cover all needed here in Or to continue his business,,,but instead we TRUSTED Jeremy with the committment he made that we would be closing within probably 4 weeks. He knew of our dilemma that if in fact he was for real and being honest about this 'investor' crap he was dishin out to us ( and obviously many others I've found) that the timing was fantastic. Renewal had to be done by Feb in order for my husband to be able to continue his business /our livelyhood, our ONLY income as I am waiting for my Social Security Disability hearing set for Nov 09'. Needless to say we made the WRONG choice to put the money in Jeremy's hands belieiving and having faith he was gonna make this happen for us as he stated more than once in less than an hours time.

Wow FINALLY A home of our own ( well actually he would be purchasing it and we would be making monthly payments to him up to 5 yrs time then refinance, and the kicker was he was including quite abit more over and above the purchase price so we could relocate,,expenses from here to there ) It was a wonderful solution to get us back down south where we wanted to go back to since moving out here 3 yrs ago.

He has messed with the wrong person this time as I am like a mother lion when it comes to protecting my husband, family, friends, and our finances. Jeremy you have MET YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE..I WILL BE ON YOU LIKE WHITE ON RICE,,,,YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT. I was at your office today after I got to the point of NO REPLY TO ANY OF MY PRIOR CALLS, EMAILS ETC. Your'e lucky you wernt there. Believe that. I have since this morning been online checkin you out and it's not good. Unlike the others you've screwed over, this lady WILL NOT LET IT GO. YOU HAVE OUR MONEY AND I WILL GET IT BACK ,,,maybe not today or this week but revenge is mine and so is the money you have of ours. You can run BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE..I'm like a chiwawa...I don't let go . We still have a house we rent Thank GOD we didn't give notice,,,,but if we end up in the streets because of you..JUST TAKE NOTE OF THIS JEREMY..remember how innocent of an All American Pie type face you have....they will LOVE you in prison. THAT KIDDO YOU CAN TAKE TO THE BANK..............I don't know HOW you can sleep at night knowing what you've done to way toooooooo many ....well sweetie YOUR TIME IS LIMITED AND YOU'VE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE WRONG COUPLE. I will be bringing my complaint to the attention of the Justice Dept/Or and the Attorney Generals Office/Or and whatever other offices, newspapers, radio or tv that this will FINALLY PUT A STOP OR AT LEAST A CRUNCH ON YOU AND YOUR ILLEGAL AND DISHONEST VENTURES. I said in my last message to your cell phone today DON'T MAKE ME GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL....well I'm goin and inbetween stops I will pop in your office,,,,you MIGHT WANNA HAVE $3,000 IN CASH OR A GOOD $3,000 CHECK WAITIN FOR ME.
