Richland Holdings aka Acct Corp of Southern Nevada, Jerome Bowden Law Offices Filed Fraudulent law suit against us Las Vegas Nevada
Richland Holdings has filed a Fraudulent lawsuit against myself and my fiance. In November of this year we received paperwork for a lawsuit against us being sued for a debt we were never informed of. This is an unvalidated debt as we were never contacted through any written statements or phone calls. We have since found out that this company has fraudulently reported us to the credit bureau on a date before they even had our collection in their office. They reported us as delinquent which is impossible for us to have been delinquent because this debt was for damages to an apartment that we were still living at when it was first reported. They are threatening to sue us in court and we now have a court date in this matter but they are falsely accusing us because no damage was ever caused and they are preying upon us in the hopes we would not find out so they could obtain a default judgement. Well we did find out and now they have increased the amount they are trying to sue us for and to try to obtain a summary judgement on us. We have searched the court records on this company and their lawyer Jerome Bowden has preyed upon thousands of other people trying to obtain default judgements on them without their knowledge. Richland Holdings and Jerome Bowden need to be stopped. They falsely accuse innocent people and violate the Fair Debt and Practices Act along with using predatory practices to intimidate others to obtain false judgements! This is wrong and they need to be stopped.
