This Rocostraveling Agency and owner Norma Patricia Chavez sold me a Promotional Vacation Package to a Hotel in Playa Del Carmen México Occidental Grand Xcaret , I paid the amount of $700 on April 10, 2015 for the promotional package which the owner promised and did not produce, multiples emails to them to request a refund but they refuse to return my money .
