Attention all Drivers that worked for Patient Care Transport, Ride Medical and/or the new company Ross Barr and Lior Klain are forming called Logic Medical:

There is a Facebook Page under Patient Care Transport that some Drivers have started showing the criminals and their activity.

Yes, there are lawsuits against Ross Barr and Lior Klain but, it would be good if the Drivers could form a united 'Class Action Lawsuit'.

Most of the Drivers were hired by Ross Barr who has many alias names, i.e. Raz Barr, Shira Raz Bar, Raz B. Shira, Raz Bar-Shira, Raz Barshira, Shira R. Bar and lots more.  He lives in Calabasas, CA.  He has other LLC's like Propnation LLC, Kerilium LLC, Buddy Browser Inc., and others in other states besides California.  He has Federal (IRS) State, and County Tax Liens against him under the name Shira Bar.  He has many Social Security numbers under Alias names issued from Florida.

These are real criminals that have no ethics, nor a heart.  This information and much more is easily available when you do a search.

According to Geraldine, who is very much involved and responsible for these crimes, they are 'runners' who take off when they are close to getting caught and then start over. They are starting a new Scam with Logic Ride where they have set up a P.O. Box that looks like a real addrss at 23371 Mulholland Dr. #416 Woodland Hills, CA 91364.

Don't Take It - Fight Back!

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Here is what you can do to fight back:

#1.  File a claim with the California Department of Labor Standards for unpaid wages:

 .dir.ca.gov/dlse/dlseWagesAndHours.html

#2.  You were not an "Independent Contractor."  You were an employee.  The IC claim is a lie.  File a tax fraud report with the California Employment Development Department.  There's a hotline but filing the on-line form is best:

askedd.edd.ca.gov/frmFraudStart.htm

#3.  If you suspect Workers Compensation Insurance fraud, let the authorities know!

insurance.ca.gov/0300-fraud/0100-fraud-division-overview/0500-fraud-division-programs/workers-comp-fraud/

 Good luck!
