I had to laugh when I read your rip-off report because it is the SAME at almost every private security services contractor I EVER worked for, mainly in Texas but elsewhere as well. THEY ARE ALL ALIKE! I thought that since California has more progressive laboir laws than TExas that maybe the security persoonel would at least be treated right with SOME dignity. THANK YOU FOR THE WAKE-UP CALL! You need to do the right thing and turn these people over to the State agency in Californi that regulates private security companies. Have them send in an undercover investigator and put them OUT of business.... Unless, perhaps, they guys from the state agency are on the take too... I AM NOT ACCUSING ANYONE BUT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IN THIS "BUSINESS"! I forgot... private security contractors have to pay a LOT of money to the State for licensing fees... Maybe that's why more of those security companies that ought to lose their licenses don't! They want to keep those high licensing fees coming in... BUT THESE SAME LICENSING AGENCIES WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO FINE THE HAPLESS GUYS IN THE CHEAP POLYESTER SUITS ( the Security personnel who actually work the guard posts that make them RICH!) for ANY petty rule violation --WHETHER THEIR d**n COMPANY TOLD THEM ABOUT ANY NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FROM THE STATE OR NOT -- and MAYBE GET THEM PUT IN JAIL! Count on it.
