The previous report should have been removed years ago. I was not aware that it was still on here.
The company made a mistake and corrected the way they do things. They now have excellant ratings with the bbb. Does anyone tell them what an excellent rating u have now. I say good job for the excellent rating u have now u should be very proud of it.
I'm sorry I first posted on right on time, if i would have known that the post would not have dropped off, I would not have posted anything at all. The owner is a good guy, he just had a couple of bad associates that didnot care about there customers. I want my previous post droped off of here.
Anyone considering using right on time for your next move dont be afraid.

This company is no longer considered a ripoff, its practices are fair and reasonable.
I would consider using this company if I needed a mover. I had no ideal this was still posted on the web, this company has been practicing good ethics for a long time now.

Air 1 and Right on time are not the same company. Right on time is a bigger cooperation that was bought by Air 1 Moving and Storage. You items where sold in an action because you did not pay your storage fees for more that a year. Air 1 Moving and Storage was Kind to hold your goods for a year to try to see if you can come up with the payment for your balance. Our action is a legal action bind by law. Air 1 Moving and Storage basically loosing money when sending your goods out for action , the little amount we get by auctioning your goods is to cover storage expenses that you refused to pay.

My name is Tammy Gale and I am a general Manager in this company the last 5 years. Our company policy is to auction items after a customer is non responsive to payment request. After 6 month of noon paid storage balance the company had to auction tom goods just to cover the expenses for storing his goods.
