Rightway Auto sold me a car with frame damage but failed to disclose the damage sylvania, ohio Ohio
BUYER BEWARE – RightWay knowingly sells used cars with frame damage and fails to disclose this information to their customers.
I purchased a 2011 MAZDA 3 and I experienced some alignment issues. After some further research (and repairs), it turns out that RightWay knowingly bought the car at auction and sold it to me without mentioning the frame damage…yet, they KNEW!
I find it surprising that a customer service focused business such as RightWay (that markets to the poor credit population/less fortunate members of our society) chooses to take advantage of consumers in this manner.
My concern and outrage is not only the financial impact but that Rightway chooses to put their customers at risk. This is totally unacceptable.
How many other RightWay customers have had a similar experience such as mine??? Did Rightway make it RIGHT???? Or is their common business practice?
General Motors is recently spent a great deal of money to rectify a bad safety decision they made for thousands of their customers – RIGHTWAY should do the same!
