I was sold a 2005 Dodge Neon for $12,000. I was told that if I paid for the "better" warranty it would provide coverage on the vehicle for the time that I was paying on the car.. This was A LIE. A 24mo warranty would mean I was paying on the car for 24mos.. I've had the car for a year and I've only paid $4800-Do the math. The car had been in an accident which I could tell from some very shoddy repair work on the drivers side, and there was also a flat tire on the lot. I couldn't afford to be choosy.. I have unsavory credit and I needed something fast. They definitely take advantage of that. Their whole business is about taking advantage of your desperation. They spread the BS on thick, telling you how wonderful they are as opposed to "the other guys out there" and how you're NEVER going to find a better deal anywhere else. I started having issues right away. The frame of the car or something was bent which caused it to shake violently when I got up to 50mph. I needed a new radiator. My accelerator needed repair. My tires were all separated and I've had to replace them all at $80/tire. I paid more than $500 to fix my brakes because the back end of my car was in such bad shape. The back seat of my car wasn't even fastened down. It moved! Every time it rains my floor boards are drenched with water. I need a stabilizer bar which is going to cost $600. I've put new struts on the vehicle. And now there's yet another problem with the acceleration which they're telling me could be electrical, a catalytic converter, or something else. Who knows how much this will cost or what else is coming next, because it seems every other week it's something with this pile of junk! The warranty so far has been good for NOTHING. I pay $400/mo for an old piece of crap that is literally falling apart! For $400/mo I could be driving a new car! I pay extra for a warranty that is good for nothing. I'm paying hundreds of dollars each month for repairs. AND THE BIGGEST INSULT OF ALL is dealing with this FAT, LYING SACK Jason. He has enough nerve to tell me I've never really had any problems with my car - When I've called to complain. He lies about having had conversations that never took place. He belittles you about your "crappy credit" because only HE would be willing to deal with the likes of you. And get used to hearing this line, "IT'S NOT MY RESPONSIBLITY." If you try to speak to this man-child about a serious matter regarding the LEMON he sold you he just keeps saying, "I don't know why you're bothering me with this. It's not my responsibility." This is apparently how he absolves himself from any sort of accountability. What I got was a nightmare on wheels.. STAY AWAY!!!!
