First, Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach South Carolina offered seating arrangements but didn't honor their booking. Second, Rioz Brazilian Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach offered meal prices and the waitress told us that all the cooks would come to table to provide entrees. And, according to waitress, all entree's were included with meal. When a cart came by to offer deserts, my guests and myself took a desert but was charged additionally for it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with management who didn't seem concerned but offered to provide us some pineapple in place of the $30-40 over charges. We were just blown away by their lack of concern. Had Management acted professional and courteous, this situation and complaint could have been avoided. Instead, his unprofessional conduct, lack of care and poor gesture was an example of a bad restaurants modus operandi.
