Your internet service is ridiculous. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Short story: Internet is barely working most of the time and extremely slow now. When it works like its suppose to, it's great. I spend more time rebooting my router and the dish more than I actually use the service. When I call about the extremely slow speed, I get treated poorly. As if your company could care less if I'm a customer or not. I am currently writing as May reviews on as many websites as possible about my experience with your company. I will and have been telling everyone in my area to stay away from your internet service!!! I will be contacting BBB soon and file a complaint. I pay for 20 g speed and I barely get 2 g most nights. Been like this for almost a month and none of you care... Keep treating your customers like you have been and provide the worst internet service can buy, your company will suffer greatly!!!
