I used Rise Broadband as out internet provider for almost one year. I called to cancel my service today because we NEVER got the speed we were paying for and there were also constant outages. We have not been able to connect to our internet service for a month now.

 

The customer service is horrible. After many calls and being told to reset out router eazch time nothing has changed. When I asked to have my serviced disconnected I was told I was on a two year cotract and would have to pay an early termination fee. I NEVER signed a contract. I was told I would have 90 days to pay before I was turned over to collection.....

 

Never signed a contract....never got the speed I was paying for or the speed advertised. Half of he time there were internet outages that according to customer service were due to towers being down.

 

I am not paying for a service I did not get!!
