I have now found out that the phone number given of 866-948-9222 is no longer in service. I have creditors now calling me at work and home stating that they have not received any settlement offers. I have begun the 7 stages mentioned in the Revenge Book and am at step 4 now. I did get one response from Risk Managment stating that they indeed have sent settlement offers, but to date no record can be found anywhere. I have enlisted the services of a legal aid service to help also begin proceedings for a lawsuit against them. Has anyone else gone to the next level to start a law suit? S. from San Francisco

I have now stopped the payment withdrawals, and have notified the Dallas Attornery General with a response that in 40 days I can check back to see what action Hylan Stanton and others have responded too. I also have been engaged in the 4 levels of REVENGE from the book. So to date, I still have not heard anything from Risk Management Partners, and am doing all the leg work, working full time and hoping to get my monies back and settle my debts. Having your credit destroyed by a relentless company, is something I don't feel anyone should ever have to go through. I will keep you all updated. I am seriously thinking about suing them after I settle all of this.

I have just purchsed the Ripp off revenge book and am now taking action on my own behalf to get my monies back, $13,000 for the debt consolidation I turned over to this organization beginning 2003. I am in the first steps in following the guide and will let you all know what the results are. I have to date, still not heard anything back from this company and have engaged some legal advise in what other options I have. Maybe a class action law suit is in order for us now. Stay tuned.
