We have a Riverbend Sandler Pool that is 5 years old!!! After the first year, we started to notice issues with the decking (just one of the the issues---but this one is the major). They would send out their "people" and give us the "excuse" of Texas weather! Each year the problem gets worse----we have had foundation people out to look at the problem, and their analysis was that the decking was not properly installed. Either the dirt was not packed right, not the proper type of support, or there is a leak somewhere under the foundation. Last summer, one of their "people" came out again and even admitted to me that the deck does not have the proper supports, and that they would fix the problem at a discounted rate----HELLO---IF IT WASN'T DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME----WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU FOOLS TO DO IT AGAIN!!!! We went higher up this year----apparently the guy we met with this time is the highest person that we can talk to (I feel sorry for the company if that is the case). He came out to look----now the problem has effected the skimmers and there are cracks in it---I guess Texas weather did that too. The deck has sunk 4 inches in the back corner, the drainage is no longer effective, I am sure the plumbing below is messed-up, the skimmer doesn't work properly and where the one corner has sunk----the other end of the deck has risen! He offered to replace it at their cost---because the warranty on decking is 1 year---even though we had them out with-in the first year with the concern (and they gave us the excuse that that was normal)!! Just buying themselves time so the excuse that the warranty is up would be enforced. Such BS!!!!! I would highly recommend that you read the fine print and have everything looked at by someone other than Riverbend before the warranty was up---someone who will be honest!!!

Riverbend Sandler Pools stand behind every product we sell.  Our motto is Creating Lifetime Pools for Lifetime Customers.  We have been in business for 30 plus years and have many, many happy customers.  Our objective has always been to meet and exceed the customers expectations.  When a problem arises we evaluate the problem and then present the options to the customer so that a mutual agreement can be made, as any successful business would do. The issue this customer is complaining about had to do with soil conditions.  Texas soils are very expansive in wet weather and will shrink during the hot summer months.  Anyone who has driven on a Texas road knows this because of the constant roadwork we all have to deal with. I, being the highest person that they could talk to, as stated in the above-mentioned complaint, explained this to the customer.  I also offered assistance in any repair option the customer wanted, but explained that it could happen again because of the soil conditions present in their yard.  The customer opted to have a portion of the deck removed and made a planter / flower area out of it.  This was done promptly and the property was left in good condition.  It is a shame that this ends up as a complaint in this report, because we cant control the expansive qualities of the earths soil.  Riverbend Sandler Pools is very proud of what we do and will continue to build quality pools.
