First time in my life I ordred a "free" sample from the internet for the RIVIVAL product (promoted by Dr. Oz and other talking heads). Paid postage as expected received small sample of face cream and eye cream. Product not bad. Shortly received another sample size of the face and eye cream. Wondered why. My husband (the bill payer) heard my thoughts about receiving another order and said "Is this the stuff they have been billing our Visa card for?" I said what? He showed me four (4) charges, $80 somethng dollars two times and $90 somethig dollars two times. After I picked myself up off the floor I called Rivival. To say it was the most heated argument I have ever had would be no lie. I was told straight out that I had not "cancelled in time" and according to the contract I would be shipped monthly and billed. I could cancel but no refund whatsoever as I had a "contract". I explained to the heavily accented female that I signed no contract. I filled out a blank on the internet period. No, she said, read what you signed you have legal contracct. I noted to her I could not read what I singed because I did not sign anything ... I clicked on a small form and it was gone into internet land. The woman was not budging about refunding, absolutely not. So I calmly said, fine. Cancel my nonexistant order and I will get my refund from Visa. No, she replied it will not be possible. So I said, watch me. And hung up. Visa took about ten seconds to credit my card for almost $400 of sham charges AND suggested I allow Visa to block this merchant from ever gaining access to my card. Yeh for the good guys. What a rip.

How many people have lost hundreds of dollars in this scam. I will follow up with a letter to the District Attorney in St. Petersburg, Florida. I have since searched the 'net' for the Rivival ad and in reading the ads I cannot find a "contract" that states you must cancel within a time line or else you have bought the farm. So all you ladies out there....do not give in. Get your money back and get mad as hell and tell them you won't take it!
